| All prices include VAT. Orders are welcome from anywhere in the world for delivery within the UK. Browse
through our catalogue to find the design you would like to order. Having chosen the design you would like to order, select the
specific size, colours and styles for that item. Also mention the delivery date and the card message which should accompany the
Flowers. "Continue Shopping" will route you back to the catalogue pages, or "Checkout" will route you to the rest of the order
form to complete your order. Please be sure to quote telephone numbers and e-mail addresses on which we can actually reach you
and the recipient. If, in the course of processing an order, it is necessary to contact either the customer or the recipient,
and we have not been able to do so, then the order is liable to amendment, late delivery or cancellation. Neither placement of
an order, the confirmation e-mail of placement of an order, nor the authorisation of payment of an order constitutes acceptance
of an order. Orders, once received are accepted or rejected. We will notify you by e-mail if we reject or cancel an order, and
give the reasons why. |

| Making A Purchase |
| We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. All payments are made in Pounds Sterling and if yours is a
different currency to Sterling, it is converted into your own currency by your own bank at their rate of exchange. Credit card
information may be sent through our secure payments system on-line with WorldPay. Orders must be received in full not later than
11a.m. on the expected date of delivery excluding funeral work. For funeral work, (unless specified otherwise) orders must be
received in full not later than three working days in advance of the funeral date. Neither placement of an order, the confirmation
e-mail of placement of an order, nor the authorisation of payment of an order constitutes acceptance of an order. Orders, once

| Problems / Complaints |
| If there is a problem with your order or you are unhappy with the product for any reason then please contact
us immediately, or at least not later than three days after the date of delivery. We will endeavour to resolve the problem within
five working days. Any products that are rejected must be returned to the florist complete not later than 3 days after the date of
delivery. Please check our Refund Policy for further details. All products remain the property of Louise of Purley until payment
has been received in full. |

| Refund Policy |
| If you are unhappy with the product or if a refund should be necessary due to error on our part, we will refund
your payment in part or in full, as necessary. If a refund is necessary due to an error on the part of the customer, we reserve the
right to deduct from the refund, costs incurred, including a minimum of 5% of the order value to cover bank charges incurred. In
this event, notification will be sent of all deductions made. |

| Liabilities |
| All orders are despatched with care cards detailing the care and handling of our products. These give all the
information required to ensure the longevity of your product. Once despatched we make no guarantees as to the vase life or longevity
of our products, because this is wholly dependent upon their care and conditions.We are not liable for any damage to persons or
property caused by negligence or misuse of our products. |
